02's supervillain cape

despite my habit of forgetting it or drawing it in a not-very-noticeable way, 02 does still have his cloak, and a couple weeks ago i decided that i should probably draw the damn thing. this also resulted in a proper backview of his hair, for once, so it all worked out pretty nicely. result: he has extremely long hair. i swear to god it gets longer every time i draw him.

the eye symbol is basically a fancier version of the eye insignia that appears elsewhere on his outfit. it's kind of his clan symbol.

(i use that colour a lot for backgrounds but it's a very nice neutral that's pleasant on the eyes and also works really well with 02's pale colour scheme. white fails him somewhat, as you can see in my other stuff |D )
